2011 ESCA AGM Minutes
29 Jan 2012The 2011 AGM of the Association unanimously adopted a new constitution and accepted the interim executive's proposal to set the 2012 club affiliation fee at zero. The individual affiliation levy was kept at the zero rate set by the 2010 AGM.
